This hilarious, madcap comedy is the story of Mel Edison, a well paid executive of a fancy New York company that suddenly hits the skids and starts to pare the payroll. When Mel gets the axe, his wife Edna takes a job to tide them over until she too is sacked. Mel struggles to adjust to being home day after day in their high rise apartment high above New York's Second Avenue – then his eccentric brother and three older sisters come to the "rescue"! This play is full of hilarious, outrageous one-liners and physical comedy and vaudevillian charm shine in this classic Neil Simon play. The show is directed by Charles Burr. The cast includes: Janet McMahan, Rebekah Durham, Joy Tilley Perryman, Eric Tichenor and starring Lydia Bushfield and Buddy Raper as Edna and Mel Edison.
